NOTICE IS GIVEN that I hereby certify that TEMPLIN HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 3
Map No. 10865, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County February 29, 1984, is in error and is corrected as follows in
accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section
8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act, or any amendments thereto.
