Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7 of the Subdivision Map Act or
Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto,
NOTICE IS GIVEN that City of Carlsbad Tract No. 82-26, Subdivision
Map No. 11365, City of Carlsbad, County of Sah Diego, State of
California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County October 25, 1985, is in error and is corrected as follows in
accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7 of the Subdivision Map Act or
Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendments theretos
The following statement was omitted and is hereby added!
"THIS IS A MAP OF A CONDOMINIUM PROJECT AS DEFINED IN SECTION 1350 OF
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DWELLING
UNITS IS 272."

fee owners of the real property affected by such corrections and such
owners have been notified of these corrections:
