CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7 o-f the Subdivision Map Act or
section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto,
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Unit No. 2 o-f City o-f Carlsbad Tract No. 82-6,
Subdivision Map No. 11386, City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County December 6, 1985, is in error and is corrected as
follows in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7 of the Subdivision
Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any
amendments thereto:
Statement on Sheet 2 which reads:
"1. A LEAD AND DISC MARKED "RCE 32734" WILL BE SET IN THE TOP OF CURB
AT ALL FRONT LOT CORNERS ALONG THE SIDELINES OF LOT B (PRIVATE
STREET)"
is hereby changed to read:
11 1. ALL FRONT LOT CORNERS AND POINTS OF CURVE ALONG THE SIDELINES OF
PRIVATE STREETS WILL BE MARKED WITH A 3/4" X 18" IRON PIPE AND
PLASTIC CAP MARKED "RCE 32734" SET IN THE SIDE LOT LINE OR RADIAL TO
THE POINT OF CURVE AT AN OFFSET OF 4.00' OR BY A LEAD AND DISC MARKED
"32734" SET IN CONCRETE SURFACE IN THE SIDE LOT LINE OR RADIAL TO THE
POINT OF CURVE AT AN OFFSET OF 4.00'. THE OFFSET WILL BE MEASURED AT
A RIGHT ANGLE OR RADIAL TO THE SIDELINE OF THE PRIVATE STREET."
I hereby certify that the following are the names of all the present
fee owners of the real property affected by such corrections and such
owners have been notified of these corrections:

I further certify that the above Certificate of Correction was
prepared by me or under the direction and control of the undersigned
registered civil engineer.

Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto.
