I further certify that the above Certificate of Correction was prepared by or under
the direction and control of the undersigned registered civil engineer, or licensed

examined the foregoing Certificate of Correction and find that the only changes
shown hereon are changes provided for by Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act
or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyors Act, or any amendments thereto.

The monumentation statement in the lower right corner now reads as
follows:
Unless otherwise shown on this map a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe with disc
marked "L.S. 3189" will be set at all interior lot corners. Front lot
corners will be monumented with lead and disc marked "L.S. 3189" set
along an extension of the lot line at 7.00 foot offset in the
sidewalk, and points of curve along the sidelines of dedicated streets
will be monumented with a lead and disc marked "L.S. 3189" in the
sidewalk at a 7.00 foot offset. The offsets shall be measured
radially or at right angles to the front property line.
This statement is incorrect and shall be corrected to read as
follows:
Unless otherwise shown on this map, a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe with a
plastic plug stamped "L.S. 3189" will be set at all interior lot
corners, front lot corners, all angle points and all points of
curvature along the sidelines of dedicated streets.
