CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
(Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or
Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendments
thereto)
NOTICE IS GIVEN that I hereby state that Carlsbad Tract, 83-21
Unit No. 4, the Trails of Calavera Hills, Map No. 11588 in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed
in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, August 12,
1986, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with
Section 66469 of the Government Code or Section 8770.5 of the
Land Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto.
The total area of the subdivision shown under notes on Sheet 2 of
8 sheets is corrected to 35.721 acres.
CERTIFICATE OF ENGINEER OR SURVEYOR
I certify that the following are the names of all the present fee
owners of real property affected by such corrections, and such
owners have been notified of these corrections.
Treetops Unlimited, a Joint Venture
further certify that the above Certificate of Correction was
under the direction and control of the undersigned
engineer, or licensed land surveyor.

certify that I have examined the foregoing Certificate of Correc-
tion and find that the only changes shown hereon are changed
provided for by Section 66469 of the Government Code, or Section
