NOTICE IS GIVEN that I hereby certify that PARCEL MAP NO. 11589, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County on August 14. 1981 is in
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the
error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the
Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Business and Professions
Code, or any amendments thereto.

At the intersection of the common lot corner of lots
R.C.E. 12446 was not set and a brass disc marked
5 , 6 and 7, the 3/4 '' iron pipe and disc marked
R.C.E. 12446 was set in the top of curb.
At the point of tangency of the 36.00 foot radius
disc marked R.C.E. 12446 was not set and a brass
curve common to lots 5 and 7 the 3/4 I' iron pipe and
disc marked R.C.E. 12446 was set in the top of curb.
At the point of tangency of the 174.00 foot radius
curve common to lots 1 and 7 the 3/4 '* iron pipe and
disc marked R.C.E. 12446 was not set and a brass
disc marked R.C.E. 12446 was set in the concrete
driveway apron
At the Northwest corner of lot 1, and the Southwest
corner of lot 2, the 3/4" pipes with discs marked
R.C.E. 9416 have been destroyed by construction and
3/4" X 18" iron pipes with plastic plugs marked
R.C.E. 12446 were set in replacement thereof.

I certify the following are the names of all present fee owners of real
property affected by such corrections, and such owners have been notified
of these corrections.

Lot 5 & 6 Andrex Development, Co.
Lot 7 Carlsbad Industrial
I further certify that the above Certificate of Correction was prepared by
or under the direction and control of the undersigned registered civil
engineer.
The term "certify" shall mean "an expression of professional opinion
regarding those facts or findings which are the subject of the
defined in Section 6735.5 of the 1987 State of California Business and
certification, and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee," as
Professions Code.

that I have examined the foregoing Certificate of Correction and find that
the only changes shown hereon are the changes provided for by Section
66469 of the ivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Business and
Professions or any amendments thereto.
