'yfy, CAJ 88SEPII* Pff 3=02 VEfiAL^LYLE RF 6 AR 4 MG 1 CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act/ NOTICE IS GIVEN that Units No. 1 and 2 of City of Carlsbad Tract No. 85-18/ Subdivision Map No. 11592, City of Carlsbad/ County of San Diego/ State of California/ filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County August 19, 1986/ is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Chapter 3/ Article 7 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act: The engineer's statement on Sheet 1 reads that Patrick N. O'Day/ RCE 27214 "will set all other monuments of character/ and at positions indicated by legend in this map". The legend on Sheet 3 reads that the various monuments to be set will be marked "R.C.E. 27214". Those statements are hereby changed to reflect that all monuments have been set by Vincent J. Sincek/ LS 4391/ that they have all been marked "LS 4391" and are otherwise of the character and positions indicated on the map except as follows: 1. The most northerly corner of Lot 16/ Map 11592 has been set with a lead and disc marked "LS 4391" in a concrete wall pilaster footing; 2. The most westerly corner of Lot 16/ Map 11592 has been set with a lead and disc marked "LS 4391" in the top of a wall pilaster; 3. The monument found at the northwest corner of Lot 17/ Map 11592 was destroyed by construction and has been reset with a 2" iron pipe with disc marked "LS 4391". 4. The monument found at the northeast corner of Lot 17/ Map 11592 was destroyed by construction and has been reset with a 2" iron pipe with disc marked "LS 4391"; ORIGINAL 152Q 5. The monument which was to have been set at the southeasterly corner of the "NOT A PART" remnant lot (near the sideline of Neblina Drive) was not set. A tag marked "RCE 13817" in a concrete sidewalk was found in that position. No record. 6. The lead and disc marked "LS 4391" set on a 9.75 foot offset into Sunburst Road on the production of the lines between Lots 38 & 39, Lots 40 & 41 and Lots 53 & 54 fell in the concrete sidewalk just behind the back of the curb rather than the top of curb. 7. The lead and disc marked "LS 4391" set on a 9.75 foot offset into Hillside Drive on the production of the line between Lots 1 & 2 fell in the concrete gutter rather than the top of curb.
