(Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or
thereto) Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendments
NOTICE IS GIVEN that I hereby certify that CITY OF CARLSBAD TRACT
85-35 AVIARA PEASE 1 - LXIT I., XAP NO. I24C9, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County on June 29, 1989, is
in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section
66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land
Surveyor's Act, or any amendment thereto.
On sheet 4 of said Map:
1. The radial bearing at the northwest corner of Lot 10, which reads '1N.23050'23'QE.'' has been corrected to read N.23*50'2210E.
2. The bearing of the course along the easterly line of Lot 10 which reads ~'N.01'47~29~'E.~' has been corrected to read N.01'47'29"W.
CERTIFICATE OF ENGINEER (OR SURVEYOR)
I certify that the following are the names of all of the present fee owners of real property affected by such corrections, and such owners have been notified of these corrections.
1. Aviara Land Associates Limited Partnership, a Delaware Limited Partnership.
2. Aviara -9, Inc., a California Corporation.
3. Aviara Master Association, C/O Hillman Properties.
I further certify that the above Certificate of Correction was prepared by or under the direction and control of the undersigned
registered civil engineer, or licensed land surveyor.
