Notice is given that I hereby certify that the City of Carlsbad Tract No. 85-35, Aviara-Phase I-Unit A,
Map No. 12409, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, liled in the office of the
County Recorder of said County on June 29,1989, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance
with section 66469 ofthe Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act, or any
amendment thereto.
