Notice is given that I hereby certify that the City of Carlsbad Tract No. 85-35, Aviara-Phase I-Unit B,
Map No. 12410, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the oflice of the
County Recorder of said County on June 29,1989, is in error and is mnected as follows in accordaace
with section 66469 of the Sntdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor’s Act, or any
amendment thereto.

1. All Monuments to be set per legend and notes with RCE 14594 are changed to LS 5894.
2. Add to “Notes” the following: In the event the above types of monuments cannot be set due to unforeseencircumstan
