CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
(Pursuant to Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act)
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Parcel Map 125?4 in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of said County February 24, 1983 is in error and is corrected
in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act as follows«
The ParcelMap is of a condiminium project and states that it "Contains
a maxium #f 10 office units".This is in error since the condiminium
project contains a maximum of 20 office units. This change in the na»-
l>a» of office units was approved as an ammendment to the Tentative
Parcel Map by the City of Carlsbad Planning Commission in its Res-
olution 2226 of December 14, 1983.

owners of the real property affected by such correction*
