Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7 of the Subdivision Map Act or
thereto, Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendments
NOTICE IS GIVEN that City of Carlsbad Tract No. 89-35, Map No. 12793, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County on 12 March 1991 is in error and is corrected as follows
in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or
Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyorts Act, or any amendments thereto.
The surveyorls statement on Sheet 1 stated that LS 4429 would "set all other monuments of the character and at the positions indicated by the legend in this map". The legend on Sheet 2 stated the character of the various monuments to be set.
Those statements are hereby changed to reflect that all monuments have been set with brass disc stamped LS 4429 and are otherwise of the character and positions indicated on the map except as follows:
1. The southwest corner of Lot 4 was shown as a found nail and
No. 12779. This corner was replaced with a brass tag tag stamped LS 4429 on roof of shed per Record of Survey Map

2. A brass tag stamped LS 4429 was set at the southeast corner of Lot 4, being also the southwest corner of Lot 5, in the southerly edge of a concrete masonry wall footing.
3. The southeast corner of Lot 5 was shown as reset with a 2"
replaced with a brass tag stamped LS 4429 set in a concrete iron pipe with brass disc stamped LS 4429. This corner was
fence post footing.
4, The angle point in the easterly line of Lot 5 at the southerly terminus of the course S54'38'12"E 120.00' was shown as a found 3/4" iron pipe with brass disc stamped
LS 4429 per Record of Survey Map No. 12779 to be reset with
