NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I hereby certify that Map’No. 12969, Units No. 2. City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said county September 17,
1992 as file number 90-591490, is in error, and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section 66469
of the Subdivision Map Act or amendment thereto:
Replacement of surveyor responsible for setting monuments. Monumentation of Map. No. 12969, Unit 2,
was performed under the supervision of Jerry L. Uselton, L.S. 5347.
Change in character ofmonumentation being set shall be marked L.S. 5347 in lieu of L.S. 5894.
CERTIFICATION OF ENGINEER (OR SURVEYOR)
I further certify that the above certificate of correction was prepared by or under the direction and control
of the undersigned registered civil engineer or professional land surveyor.

examined the foregoing certificate of correction and I find that the only changes shown hereon are changes
