CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
(Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Business and
Professions Code as they may be amended).
Notice is given that I hereby certify that the City of Carlsbad Tract No. 92-07, Map No. 13078, in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said
County on December 28,1993, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with section 66469 of
the Government Code or Section 8770.5 of the Business and Professional Code, or any amendments
thereto.
RE: Sheet 10
1. Because Melchior Land Surveying, Inc. performed centerline monumentation on Armada Road, the
following centerline positions were monumented by a standard M-10 street survey monument
stamped "LS 4611" in lieu of legend.
A. The northerly and southerly terminus of a curve labeled [2] having a radius of 670-00 feet, delta
of 15°06'44", and a length of 176.72 feet.
B. The northerly and southerly terminus of a line labeled [5] having a bearing of N 48°07 '24" E,
and a length of 100.00 feet.
2. Because of the construction of a concrete median at the southerly terminus of a line labeled [3] having
a bearing of N 10°00'00" W, and a length of 100.00 feet, a lead and disc stamped "LS 4611" was set
at the true position in lieu of a 5.00 foot offset per the legend.
3. Because of the construction of a median at the southerly terminus of a curve labeled [6] having a
radius of 670.00 feet, delta of 41°32'24", and a length of 485.76 feet, a 2 inch by 24 inch iron pipe
with a brass tag stamped "LS 4611" was set in lieu of legend.
