NOTICE IS GIVEN that I hereby certify that Carlsbad Tract No. 91-3 (Evans Point), Map No. 13 189 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Ofice of the County Recorder of said County, Februaly 10, 1995, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act, or any amendments thereto. LIST OF CORRECTIONS On Sheet 3 of 20, the monumentation note that reads as follows: A. A 3/4" x 18" iron pipe with plastic plug marked L.S. 5059 will be set at all interior lot corners, front and rear lot corners and all points of curve on sidelines of dedicated streets. Is hereby corrected to read as follows: : A. AU lot comers except as described below will be monumented by a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe with plastic plug marked "L.S. 5059". Lot comers along the sidelines of dedicated street right-of- way will be monumented by lead and disc stamped "L.S. 5059", set along an extension of the lot line at an offset of 7.00 feet in the sidewalk. The offset shall be measured radially, or at right angles to the right-of-way line. All points of curve of the sidelines of dedicated streets will be monumented by lead and disc stamped "L.S. 5059", set at an offset of 7.00 feet in the sidewalk. The offset shall be measured radially. On Sheet 3 of 20 and Sheet 10 of 20 the tie from the subdivision boundary to the centerline well monument (RCE 11302 per Map No. 11278) in Camino Hills Drive shown as North 42"25'16" East 70.40 feet is hereby corrected to North 42"25'16" East 75.41 feet. .-. 890 Certificate of Correction Page 2 On Sheet 10 of 20, the street shown as Longfellow Drive is hereby corrected to Longfellow Road. I certify that the following are the names of all the present fee owners of real property affected by such corrections, and such owners have been notified of these corrections.
