is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section
Surveyor's Act, or any amendment thereto. 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land
On Sheet 7 of 7, the distance from the most Easterly corner of Lot 1 of Map No. 13078 to the centerline of Armada Drive is shown as 45.75 feet. This distance is in error and should be 49.76 feet.
