NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, John W. Hill, L.S., Aviara Area 5 Unit 1, Tract 90-09(A), Map No. 13336 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said county, June 14, 1996, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act and Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyors Act or as follows: LIST OF CORRECTIONS + Set a 2 x 24” iron pipe and disc marked ”L.S. 5669” in lieu of a found 2 iron pipe with disc marked “R.C.E. 14594“ per Map No. 12409 at the following locations: At both ends of curve “A along the easterly boundary of Lot 5 and recreational Lot 6. Said curve being concave easterly, having a central angle of 53”04’21”, a length of 138.94 feet and a radius of 150.00 feet as shown on Sheet 6 of 7. At both ends of a curve along the easterly boundary of Lot 5. Said curve being concave westerly, having a central angle of 44O1950, a length of 49.52 feet and a radius of 64.00 feet. The southerly end of said curve also measures 44.09 feet along the easterly boundary line bearing North 32”05’01” East from the northerly end of the aforementioned Curve “A, as shown on Sheet 6 of 7. + Set a concrete nail and brass disk stamped “L.S. 5669 on a pilaster in lieu of a 2x24” iron pipe with disk stamped “L.S. 5669 along the southeasterly boundary, at the back corner common to Lots 3 and 7. + Set a street survey monument with disc stamped “L.S. 5669 per Regional Standard Drawing No. “10 in lieu of Sheet 3 and 7 legend which calls for “will set gear spike and washer marked “L.S. 5669, unless otherwise noted.” Page 1 of 4 P CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION + Set an M-I 0 street survey monument with disc stamped "L.S. 5669 at an offset in lieu of a gear spike and washer marked "L.S. 5669, due to a sewer access lid at the centerline intersection of Batiquitos Drive and Hummingbird Road. Said offset measures 5.00 feet along the centerline of Hummingbird Road bearing South 76"34'00 East from the aforementioned intersection. + Set a %" x 18 iron pipe and plastic plug marked "L.S. 5669 in lieu of a gear spike and washer at the following locations: At the centerline easterly terminus of Robin Place along the boundary separating Lots 3 and 7, as shown on Sheet 4 of 7. At the centerline intersection of Robin Place and the general utility and access easement within Lot 3. Said intersection measures 43.33 feet along the centerline of Robin Place from the aforementioned terminus. At the centerline intersection of Tanager Drive and the general utility and access easement in Lot 2 as shown on Sheet 4 of 7. At the centerline intersection of Tanager Drive and the general utility and access easement in Lot 1 as shown Sheet 5 of 7. At the centerline point-of-intersection of the general utility and access easement of Lot 1 lying distance thereon 59.03 feet, bearing North 75"OO'OO" West from the aforementioned centerline intersection of Tanager Drive and the general utility and access easement. At a point on the centerline of Tanager Drive lying distance thereon 126.89 feet, bearing North 13°00'OO" East from the centerline intersection of Tanager Drive and Hummingbird Road. At the centerline terminus of the westerly private drive lying distance thereon 27.31 feet, bearing North 77"OO'OO" West fro e aforementioned point on the centerline of Tanager Drive as shown on detail 8 20 n Page 6 of 7. At the northerly terminus of the centerline of Tanager Drive in Lot 5 as shown on Sheet 6 of 7. At the centerline intersection of Tanager Drive and the general utility and access easement in Lot 5. Said centerline intersection measures 56.83 feet from the aforementioned northerly terminus of Tanager Drive. + Set a lead plug and disc marked "L.S. 5669 in lieu of a gear spike and washer at the following locations: . At the centerline terminus of the general utility and access easement in Lot 3. Said terminus measures 101.58 feet, bearing South 01"00'00 West from the centerline intersection of Robin Place and the aforementioned general utility and access easement. . At the centerline terminus of the general utility and access easement in Lot 2. At the southerly and westerly centerline terminus of Tanager Drive in Lot 2 as shown on Sheet 4 of 7. At the centerline terminus of the general utility and access easement in Lot 1. Said terminus measures 37.94 feet, bearing North 85°00'00 West from the centerline point- of-intersection of the aforementioned general utility and access easement. At the centerline terminus of the general utility and access easement in Lot 5. Said terminus measures 57.00 feet, bearing North 79°00'00 East from the centerline intersection of Tanager Drive and the aforementioned general utility and access easement.
