CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
(Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's
Act, or any amendment thereto.
Notice is given that I hereby certify that the City of Carlsbad Tract No. 94-09, Map No. 13357, in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said
County on September 11,1996 is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with section 66469 of
the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act, or any amendment thereto.
RE: Sheet 5
1. All Monuments to be set per legend and notes with RCE 23956 are changed to
L.S.4611
RE: Sheet 7
1. Because of the construction of a concrete median on Armada Drive, a lead disc stamped "LS 4611"
was set at the westerly terminus of the centerline labeled L2 (N49°09'04"E, 110.48 feet) in lieu of
legend.
2. Because of the construction of a concrete median on Armada Drive, a lead and disc stamped
"LS 4611" was set at the westerly terminus of the centerline labeled LI (N36°18'52"E, 189.30 feet)
in lieu of legend
