CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
(Pursuant to Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land
Surveyor's Act as they may be amended.)
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Aviara Area 5 Unit 2, Tract 90-09(A), Map No. 13360 in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of
said county, September 16, 1996, is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 8770.5
of the Land Surveyors Act or Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act as follows:
LIST OF CORRECTIONS
+ Set %" iron pipe with plug stamped "L.S. 5669 in lieu of a found %" x 18 iron pipe with disc
stamped R.C.E. 14594 per Map No. 1241 1 at all called locations except where noted below:
Set a concrete nail with brass disc stamped "L.S. 5669" in concrete fence footing in lieu
of a found %" x 18 iron pipe with disc stamped R.C.E. 14594 per Map No. 1241 1,
Along the westerly boundary at the angle point measuring 20.14 feet bearing South
05"53'10 East from the corner common to Open Space Lots 24 and 25 as shown on
Sheet 8 of 10.
+ Set a concrete nail and brass disk stamped "L.S. 5669 on a pilaster in lieu of a 2x24 iron
pipe with disk stamped "L.S. 5669 along the westerly boundary, at the angle point in Lot 19
which measures 42.90 feet bearing North 23"53'12" East from the southwesterly boundary
corner as shown on Sheet 3 of 10.
+ Set an "10 street survey monument with disc siampzd "L.S. 5669" at an offset in lieu of an
"10 street survey monument with disc stamped "L.S. 5669" at the actual centerline
intersection of Batiquitos Drive and Hummingbird Road, due to a sewer access lid. Said
offset measures 5.00 feet along the centerline of Hummingbird Road bearing South
76"34'00" East from the aforementioned intersection.
