(Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 Of the Land Suveyor’s Act, or any amendments thereto)
Notice is given that I hereby certify that Tract No 90-31 Map 13369 in the Citv of Carlsw, County of San Diego, State of
California tiled in the Office of the County Recorder of said county on November 8. 1996 is in error and is corrected as follows in
accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor’s Act, or any amendments thereto.
On sheet number 2: in the legend and notes of said map all reference to monuments set and marked RCE 307a are changed
to LS 4506 .

notified of these corrections. -
