On Lot 121, delete offset data of 36.23' and 10.01"; tangent data N74"58'24''E 84.10'; and the light broken line described by that data, as shown on exhibit 'B. The data and light broken liie that are to be deleted hm Lots 120 and 121 descriM tops and toes of slopes to be maintained by a Home Owner Association which were intended to be removed hm the map. The data is to be deleted to avoid confusion with the "60' OPE4 SPACE EfSE"r FR8M BIO. HABITAT DEDICATED HEREOW' on Lot 120, which is dehed by a heavy broken liie. On sheets 5 and 7 of 11: Lots 120 through 125,140, and 142 delete: reference to ''PIPELINE EASE. TO CMWD 12/19/61 FILE NO. 223207; the 4.00' offset to the indicated easement and the indicated easement lie, as show on exhibit '(2. The subject easement lies north of the boundary line, not to the south, so it is not on the prom.
