CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto,
NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, Jeffrey Lundstrom, hereby certify that Arroyo La Costa, Unit 2,
Villages G, H, J, P, Q, R & S, Tract No. 88-03-2, Map No. 13386 in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 96-636775 in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of San Diego on December 20, 1996 is in error and is corrected in accordance
with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows:

Additional "NOTE" to be added as follows:
D) Lot numbers 183 through 256, 446 through 448, 467 and 469 will be monumented in the
locations described above with a disc marked "RCE 21245" in lieu of disc marked "RCE 22606".
In the event a 3/4" iron pipe is unable to be set, a disc marked "RCE 21245" will be set in its
place.
E) Street centerline monuments adjoining the lots described in note D above will be set in the
locations indicated on the map and will be marked with "RCE 21245" in lieu of "RCE 22606".
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the
names of the fee owners of real property affected by such corrections or omission on the date of
the filing or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified
of these corrections.
