(Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land
Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto)
NOTICE IS GIVEN that I hereby certify that Map No. 13400 in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County
February 5, 1997, is in error, and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the
Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyors Act, or any amendment thereto:
All monumentation along the southerly boundary oflots 57, 58, 60 thru 67, 74 thru 81, 85 thru
89, the southerly terminus of Paseo Esmerado and the southerly line of Avenida Pantera easterly
of lot 57 is of the character indicated per legend on the map except that tags marked "LS 4768"
have been set in lieu of tags marked "LS 5292". (See attached Exhibit "A").
