(Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's
Act, or any amendment thereto.
Notice is given that I hereby certify that the City of Carlsbad Tract No. 94-09, Units 2 and 3, Map No.
13408, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of said County on April 1, 1997, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with
section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act, or any
amendment thereto.

1 . All Monuments to be set per legend and notes with LS 5669 are changed to
L.S.4611.
