CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
(Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8870.5 of the Land
Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto.)
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I hereby certify that Carlsbad Tract 94-03, Map No. 1341 1, in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County April 10, 1997, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with
Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act, or any
amendment thereto.
1. Set a nail and tag marked "RCE 21245" on top of wall in lieu of %" X 18" iron pipe at the
following locations:
A. The Northerly corner of Lot 2, at the terminus of a line bearing N 44" 05' 13" E,
44.75 feet.
B. The Northerly terminus of a line, bearing N 54" 29' 04" W, 115.36 feet, common
to Lot 4 and Lot 7.

C. Both ends of a curve, labeled C10 on sheet 5 of said map.
D. Both ends of a line, labeled L18 on sheet 5 of said map.
E. The Northerly terminus of a line, labeled L15 on sheet 5 of said map.
2. Set a nail and disc marked "RCE 21245" on concrete in lieu of %" X 18" iron pipe at the
following locations:
A. The Southerly terminus of a line common to Lot 2 and Lot 3, bearing N 44" 05'
13" E, 44.75 feet.
B. The Southerly terminus of a line, labeled L37 on sheet 4 of said map.
C. The Northerly terminus of a line, labeled L19 on sheet 4 of said map.
D. The Northerly terminus of a line, labeled L5 on sheet 5 of said map.
E. the Northerly terminus of a line, labeled L1 on sheet 5 of said map.
3. A nail and tag marked "RCE 21245" was set Northerly along the extension of a line
labeled L2 on sheet 5 at an offset of 2.50 feet from the Northerly terminus of said Line
"L2".
4. Eider Court, on sheet 3 and sheet 4 of said map, is erroneously noted as Eider Place
I certify that the following are the names of all of the present fee owners of real property affected
by such corrections, and such owners have been notified of these corrections.
See Exhibit "A" Attached.
I firther certify that the above Certificate of Correction was prepared by or under the direction
and control of the undersigned registered civil engineer, or licensed land surveyor.
