LIST OF CORRECTIONS + Found a 2 x 24 iron pipe with disc stamped "L.S. 5894 in good position, in lieu of a set 2 x 24 iron pipe with disc stamped "L.S. 5669 at the following locations: At both ends of a curve along the right of way of Lot 19 opposite the intersection of Black Rail Court and Aviara Parkway. Said curve being concave southerly, having a central angle of 90°, a length of 31.42 feet and a radius of 20.00 feet as shown on Sheet 4 of IO. Heron Drive and Aviara Parkway. Said curve being concave westerly, having a central angle of 87"0'00, a length of 37.96 feet and a radius of 25.00 feet as shown on Sheet 7 of IO. At both ends of a curve along the right of way of Lot 20 opposite the intersection of Blue 0 At the southerly end of a curve in Lot 20, along the right of way of Blue Heron Drive. Said curve being concave easterly, having a central angle of 34"18'20", a length of 200.58 feet and a radius of 335.00 feet as shown on Sheet 7 of 10. At the tract line angle point in Lot 20, along the right of way of Blue Heron Drive which measures 197.36 feet on a bearing of South 7"05'20 East from the aforementioned southerly end of a curve in Lot 20 concave easterly, having a central angel of 34V8'20, a length of 200.58 feet and a radius of 335.00 feet as shown on Sheet 7 of IO. + Found a lead plug with brass disc stamped "L.S. 5894" in a concrete mow strip in lieu of a set 2 x 24" iron pipe with disc stamped "L.S. 5669 at the northerly end of aforementioned curve in Lot 20, along the right of way of Blue Heron Drive. Said curve being concave easterly, having a central angle of 34"18'20", a length of 200.58 feet and a radius of 335.00 feet as shown on Sheet 7 of IO. + Set a lead plug with brass disc stamped "L.S. 5669 in lieu of a street survey monument with disc marked "L.S. 5669 due to ennanced concrete pzivement at the ends of the following private streets: At the centerline point of intersection in Lot 17.
