Seguin, L.S., hereby certify that Cobblestone Sea Village, Unit No. 1, Map No. 13428, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County, July 3, 1997, is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyors Act, or any amendment thereto. LIST OF CORRECTIONS Monuments set for this tract after the date of March 31, 2000, will be stamped “L.S. 6215” in lieu of “L.S. 5669.” The following lots were monumented in accordance with Lot Line Adjustment Parcel Map No. 18034, City of Carlsbad M.S. 97-10, filed in the office of the San Diego County Recorder on May 14, 1998: Lots 33, 34, 108, 109, 116, and 117, together with the dedicated portions of Sapphire Drive, Cobblestone Drive and Cobblestone Road. Set a concrete nail and disc marked “L.S. 5669” in a concrete ditch in lieu of a 2” x 24” iron pipe with disc stamped “L.S. 5669” at the westerly terminus of a line on the subdivision boundary lying distance thereon 17.27 feet, bearing South 70”07’21” West from a subdivision boundary angle point in common with Lots 108 and 116 as shown on Sheets 5 and 6 of 12 sheets. Set a l/2” x 18” iron pin with plastic cap marked “L.S. 5669” at the actual location in lieu of a lead plug and metal disc marked “L.S. 5669” at a 7.00 foot offset at the northwesterly right-of-way of Sapphire Drive on the subdivision boundary as shown on Sheet 5 of 12 sheets. r L Page 1 of 4 2838 CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION right-of-way of Sapphire Drive on the subdivision boundary as shown on Sheet 5 of 12 sheets. Set an M-10 street survey monument stamped “L-S. 5669” at the point of tangency in lieu of an M-IO street survey monument stamped “L.S. 5669” at a 5.00 foot offset. Said point of tangency being the northerly terminus of a line on the centerline of Sapphire Drive measuring 80.64 feet, bearing North 05”18’00” East as shown on Sheets 7 and 8 of 12 sheets. Set a lead plug and metal disc stamped “L.S. 5669” set in the curb on a 0.25-foot offset in lieu of a 2” x 24” iron pipe and disc stamped “L.S. 5669 at the actual location at the following locations: . At the southeasterly corner of Lot 69 being a subdivision boundary corner in common with Lot 117, as shown on Sheet 9 of 12 sheets. Said 0.25-foot offset bears North 47”48’00” East. l At an angle point on the subdivision boundary lying distance thereon 260.77 feet, bearing North 47”48’00” East from the aforementioned southeasterly corner of Lot 69 as shown on Sheet 9 of 12 sheets. Said 0.25-foot offset bears North 47”48’00” East. l At the southeasterly corner of Lot 113 being a subdivision boundary corner in common with Lot 117, as shown on Sheets 8 and 9 of 12 sheets. Said 0.25-foot offset bears North! 41”41’00” East. l At a point of tangency on the subdivision boundary, lying distance thereon 96.00 feet, bearing South 39”52’00” East from the aforementioned southeasterly corner of Lot 69 as shown on Sheet 9 of 12 sheets. Said 0.25-foot offset bears North 50”08’00” East. l At the northeasterly corner of Lot 107 being a subdivision boundary angle point in common with Lot 117, as shown on Sheet 9 of 12 sheet. Said 0.25-feet offset bears South 37”48’09” West. l At a subdivision boundary corner lying distance thereon 36.75 feet, bearing North 44”41’01 fl East from the aforementioned northeasterly corner of Lot 107.
