(Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor’s
Act, or any amendment thereto.
Notice is given that I hereby certify that the City of Carlsbad Tract No. 92-3, Map No. 13434, in the City of CarlsbaQ County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said
County on June 23,1997, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with section 66469 of the
Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 ofthe Land Surveyor’s Act, or any amendment thereto.

1. All Monuments, as noted below, to be set per legend and notes with RCE 30724 are changed to
L.S. 5894.
