Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto.)
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, John W. Hill, L.S., Aviara Area 5 Unit 3, Tract 90-09(A), Map No.
13479 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of said county, September 18, 1997, is in error and is corrected in accordance
with Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyors Act or Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act as
follows:
LIST OF CORRECTIONS
+ Set an "10 street survey monument with disc stamped "L.S. 5669 at an offset in lieu
of an "10 street survey monument with disc stamped "L.S. 5669 at the actual
centerline intersection of Batiquitos Drive and Hummingbird Road, due to a sewer
access lid. Said offset measures 5.00 feet along the centerline of Hummingbird Road
bearing South 76"34',00 East from the aforementioned intersection.
