Notice is given that I hereby certify that the City of Carlsbad Tract No. 92-3, Aviara Phase In, Unit 6 Map
No. 13512, in the City of Carl@ County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of said County on December 10, 1997, is in error and is corrected as follows in accoIdance with section 66469 ofthe Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor’s Act,
or any amendment thereto.

1. All Monuments to be set per legend and notes with RCE 16150 changed to LS 5894.
2 Add to ‘‘Notes” the following: In the event the above types of monuments cannot be set due to
unforeseen circumstances, then a metal tag or disc marked “LS 5894” will be set in concrete, stone
or metal at the true position called for by this map.
