NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, Dana M. Seguin, L.S., herby certify that Oceanbluff, or Tract 93-
79(A). Map No. 13679 in the City of Cartsbad. Ccuntv of San Diego. State of California. filed in
the office of the County Recorder of said County, November 10, 1998, is in error and is corrected
in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land
Surveyors Act, or any amendment thereto.
LIST OF CORRECTIONS
+ Monuments set for this tract after the date of March 31, 2000, will be stamped “L.S. 6215” in
lieu of “L.S. 5669”.
+ Set a concrete nail and disc stamped “L.S. 5669” in wall footing in lieu of a 3/4” x 18” iron
pipe with plastic cap at the back corner common to Lots 91 and 92 on the subdivision
boundary.
+ Set a concrete nail and disc stamped “L.S. 5669” on top of a pilaster in lieu of a 3/4” x 18
iron pipe with plastic cap at the back corner common to Lots 29 and 30 on the subdivision
boundary.
+ Set concrete nail and disc stamped “L.S. 5669” on top of a pilaster at a 1 .OO-foot offset
along the common lot line in lieu of a 3/4” x 18” iron pipe with plastic cap at the actual
location at the following locations on the subdivision boundary:
l At the back comer common to Lots 26 and 28.
l At the back corner common to Lots 28 and 29.
l At the back corner common to Lots 30 and 31.

+ Set a concrete nail and disc stamped “L.S. 5669” in a concrete brow ditch in lieu of a 314” x
