Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the
Land Surveyor‘s Act or any amendments thereto
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I hereby certify that Carlsbad Tract No. 91-07, Map No.
13721, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the
Recorder‘s Office of said County on February 5, 1999, is in error and is corrected in
accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the
Land Surveyor‘s Act:
Found nail with disc marked LS 3388, no record, in concrete footing of wall. Accepted
as the most southerly corner of Map 13721. 2” Iron Pipe with disc mk‘d LS 4822 not
set.
Lead with disc mk‘d LS 4822 was set in AC pavement of Tamarack Avenue at the
locations indicated as “set Iron Pipe tagged LS 4822”. The 2 iron pipes with disc
marked LS 4822 were set southeasterly on the property lines at a 10.00 foot offset from
the originally indicated location.
The “found” and “ser monuments are properly indicated on Exhibit “W consisting of 1
page and is attached for clarity only.
