NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, David W. Ambler, L.S., hereby certify that the Unit No. 1, Mariano
Tract No. 97-14, Map No. 13840 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County, September 1, 1999, is in
error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section
8770.5 of the Land Surveyors Act, or any amendment thereto.
LIST OF CORRECTIONS
+ Monuments set for this tract after the date of March 31 I 2000, will be stamped “LS 621 5”
in lieu of “LS 5669”.

centerline point of curve on Aviara Parkway.
Set a nail and disc stamped “LS 6215” on wall in lieu of a 3/4” X 18” iron pipe with disc
stamped “LS 5669” at the following locations:
