NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, Philip D. Buccola, hereby certify that Map No. 13868, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County on October 20, 1999, is in error and is corrected as
follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor’s Act, or any
amendment thereto. See attachment entitled Exhibit “A”

owners have been notified of these corrections.

Attachment to Certificate of Correction Affecting Map No. 13868
In lieu of Vi’’ iron pipes with plastic plugs stamped RCE 27732, a lead plug with nail and
disk stamped RCE 27732 was set in the concrete drive approach at the southeasterly end
of the course shown as N 28’08’15” W 180.02 feet in the northwesterly line of Lot 4; a
lead plug with nail and disk stamped RCE 27732 was set in the top of an 18” high
concrete block wall at the northeasterly end of the course shown as N 61’54’35” E 85.00
feet in the southeasterly line of Lot 4; and a brass nail with disk stamped RCE 27732 was
set in the top of a 16” diameter x 54” high wood post at the southwesterly end of the
course shown as N 61’54’3 1” E 133.06 feet in the southeasterly line of the 1.3 12 acre
remainder parcel.
