NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, David W. Ambler, L.S., hereby certify that the Unit No. 2, Mariano
Tract No. 97-14, Map No. 13942 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County, March 2, 2000, is in error
and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section
8770.5 of the Land Surveyors Act, or any amendment thereto.
LIST OF CORRECTIONS
Monuments set for this tract after the date of March 31, 2000, will be stamped “LS 621 5”
in lieu of “LS 5669”.
SHEET 3 OF 4 SHEETS
Set a lead and disc stamped “LS 6215” in the curb at an offset in lieu of a 2” X 24” iron
pipe with disc stamped “LS 5669” at the northerly corner of Lot 138 on the subdivision
boundary on the right-of-way of Cobblestone Drive offset 10.50 feet northerly along the
curve labeled C22.
Set a 3/4” X 18” iron pipe with disc stamped “LS 621 5” offset 1 .OO foot on the prolongation
of the common lot line (in lieu of a 3/4” X 18” iron pipe with disc stamped “LS 5669”) on
the subdivision boundary at the following locations:
0 At the back corner common to Lots 138 and 139.

0 At the back corner common to Lots 140 and 141 through and including Lot 149 and
150.
Set a concrete nail and disc marked “LS 6215” on a concrete footing in lieu of a 2” X 24”
iron pipe with disc stamped “LS 5669” per Map No. 13840 at the following locations:
0 At the easterly terminus of course bearing N 81’54’54” E, 104.16 feet on the
subdivision boundary in common with Lots 150 and 151.
At the southerly terminus of course bearing N 32O50’36” W, 116.65 feet on the
subdivision boundary, Lot 151.
Set a lead and disc stamped “LS 6215” in the curb offset 9.75 feet in lieu of a 2” X 24” iron
pipe with disc stamped “LS 5669 at all corners indicated on the subdivision boundary
along the right-of-way of Willow Place to be set or found.
