NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, Philip D. Buccola, hereby certify that Map No. 14012, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County on August 2,2000, is in error and is corrected as follows

at the easterly end of curve having a radius of 200.00 feet, central angle of 8°15'10," arc length of 28.81 feet and
semi-tangent of 14.43 feet due to conflict with a sewer manhole. In lieu of monuments at the beginning and end
of curve, a standard street well monument per San Diego Regional Standard Drawing M-10 with brass disk stam-
ped RCE 27732 was set at the intersection of the curve's semi-tangents.
