NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I PATRICK N. O’DAY hereby certify that Aviara Phase Ill, C.T. 97-20, Map No. 14157, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County as File No. 2001-148030 on March 14, 2001 , is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor’s Act, or any amendment thereto.
1. A Wx18” iron pipe with disc marked “RCE 27214 will be set at all rear and interior lot corners. Front lot corners and points of curve along sidelines of all streets are marked with lead plug and metal disc stamped “RCE 27214 set in sidewalk or curb along the following offsets from the property line on the prolongation of the lot lines or radial to a point of curve.

2. In the event the above types of monuments cannot be set due to unforeseen circumstances, then a tag or disc marked “RCE 27214 will be set in concrete, stone or metal at the true position called for by this map.

In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing or recording of the original recorded map, and such owners have been notified
