Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's
Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, Lawrence L. Truman, hereby certify that
Magnolia Gardens II, Tract 00-05, Map No. 14248 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California, filed as document no. 2001-0483138 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San
Diego on July 13, 2001 is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the
Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendment thereto as
follows:
Corrections:
I am the land surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments, in accordance
with chapter 4, article 9, section 66498 of the subdivision map act. I hereby certify that a survey was
performed by me or under my direction on February 30, 2002 which verified the information contained
on said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows:
That the following general data shown on said tract map (sheet 2 of 5 sheets) is incorrect as follows:
INDICATES FOUND 2" IP. FLUSH TAG RCE 14594 PER MAP NO.
INDICATES TO BE SET 2"X24" IRON PIPE WITH BRASS TAG, FLUSH, OR NAIL & BRASS
TAG, FLUSH, STAMPED "R.C.E. 14594", UNLESS OTHER WISE NOTED.
UNLESS OTHERWISE SHOWN ON THIS MAP, A 3/4" X 18" IRON PIPE WITH PLASTIC
CAP STAMPED "R.C.E. 14594" WILL BE SET AT ALL REAR AND INTERIOR LOT
CORNERS. FRONT LOT CORNERS AND POINTS OF CURVE ALONG THE SIDELINES
OF DEDICATED STREETS WILL BE MARKED WITH LEAD PLUG & METAL DISC

of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing
or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these
corrections.
