Notice is given that I Douglas R. Melchior hereby certi@ that Carlsbad Tract CT 98-16, Map Number 145 17
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the OfEice of the County Recorder
of said County 12- 17-02, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the
Subdivision Map Act of Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor’s Act, or any amendment thereto.

changed to read:

“Note” is changed to read:
Unless otherwise shown hereon, a ?A” X 18” iron pipe with plastic cap marked “LS 461 1” will be set at
all lot comers and points of curve along the sidelines of dedicated streets. In the event the above type
of monument cannot be set due to unforeseen circumstance$ a disc marked “LS46 1 1” set in lead in
concrete or rock surface will be substituted at the true position shown on this map.
