NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, David W. Ambler, L.S., hereby certify that the City of Carlsbad
Tract No. 00-22, Map No. 14625 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County, July 9, 2003, is in error and
is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of
the Land Surveyors Act, or any amendment thereto.
