Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto)
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, David W. Ambler, L.S., hereby certify that the Dejong Property, City
of Carlsbad Tract 98-05, Map No. 14636 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County, July 23, 2003, is in error
and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section
8770.5 of the Land Surveyors Act, or any amendment thereto.

* The course easterly of the northeast subdivision boundary corner shown as 1371.42' to
"FOUND LEAD AND DISC STAMPED "L.S. 6287" IN A GUNITE DITCH PER R.O.S. NO.
14608 AND MAP NO. 13429" is in error and should be correctly shown as 1370.42'.
* The 2" iron pipe stamped "L.S. 5669" at the northwest subdivision boundary corner "detail
"D" on sheet 6" was destroyed by construction and replaced by a lead and disc stamped
"L.S. 7322" in the sidewalk, and in addition to said lead and disc set a 2" X 24" iron pipe
with disc stamped "L.S. 7322" offset 4.00' bearing N89°58'33" E along the subdivision
boundary.

» Set a 5/8" X 18" rebar with cap stamped "LS 7322" at an offset of 2.00' measured
northerly along the common lot line N 02°30'33" E in lieu of the true location at the
following locations:
• At the rear corners on the northerly line of Lot 30 common to Lots 1 and 2 through
Lots 4 and 5 inclusive.
• At the rear corner on the northerly line of Lot 30 common to Lots 5 and 7.

* Set a 5/8" X 18" rebar with cap stamped "LS 7322" at an offset of 2.00' in lieu of the true
location on the northerly line of Lot 30 at the following locations:
• At the rear corner common to Lots 5 and 7 offset N 02°30'33" E along the common
lot line.
• At the rear corner common to Lots 7 and 8 offset N 06°15'32" E (R) along the
common lot line.
• At the corner common to Lots 8 and 30 being the easterly terminus of course
N 87°29'27" W, 247.43' offset northerly at a right angle to said course.

* Set a lead and disc stamped "LS 7322" in the top of curb offset 10.25' in lieu of 9.75' at
the following locations:
• At the corner on the easterly sideline of Black Rail Road common to Lots 25 and 26.
• At the point of curve on the easterly sideline of Black Rail Road common to Lot 26
being the northerly terminus of course N 02°02'03" W, 643.86'.
* Set a 5/8" X 18" rebar with cap stamped "LS 7322" at an offset of 1.00' in lieu of the true
location at the following locations:'
• At the corner common to Lots 22 and 29 being the southerly terminus of course
N 02°02'03" W, 83.86' offset westerly at a right angle to said course.
• At the corner common to Lots 22 and 29 being the northwesterly terminus of course
N 35°44'02" W, 42.47' offset southwesterly at a right angle to said course.
