The 30.00 foot wide panhandle portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 14663 which lies Northwesterly of the Southwesterly projection of the Southeasterly line of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 14663 shall be deleted from said Parcel 3 and denoted as Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 14663. 2. The following note, “Access and uti 1 i ty easement for the benefit of Parcels 1 and 2. Maintenance of said easement shall be shared equally by owners of Parcels 1, 2, and 3 in perpetuity.“, shall be changed to: Parcel 4 is an access and utility easement for the benefit of Parcels 1,2, and 3. Maintenance of said easement shall be shared equally by owners of Parcels 1, 2, and 3 in perpetuity, 3. The area of Parcel 3 is 27,370 square feet. 4. The area of Parcel 4 if 4,074 square feet. 5. The number of parcels as shown on page 2 of the parcel map shall be changed to: Number of Parcel s 4 . 6. Note 1 as shown in page 2 of Parcel Map shall be changed to: Total Number of Lots = 4. CERTIFICATE OF ENGINEER I certify that the following are the names of all of the present fee owners of real property affected by such corrections, and such owners have been notified of these corrections.
