Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land
Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, David W. Ambler, P.L.S.
hereby certify that La Costa Greens Neighborhood 1.08, Tract No.02-23. Map No. 14803 in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, as File No. 2004-0490611 in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on May 27, 2004 is in error and is corrected
in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 87770.5 of the Land
Surveyor's Act or any amendment thereto as follows:

Alcante Road shewn on this sheet should be correctly shown as Alicante Road.
The street survey monument at the centerline intersection of Alicante Road and Lapis
Road was found offset 5.00' bearing S 71°24'17" W along the centerline of Lapis Road in
lieu of at the centerline intersection shown.

Set a 5/8" X 18" rebar with cap stamped "LS 7322" at the true location in lieu of a lead and
disc stamped "LS 7322" in the top of curb on a 12.75' offset, at the front corner common
to Lots 14 and 83 on the sideline of Vermarine Court.

Due to a fence post at the true location set a 5/8" X 18" rebar with cap stamped "LS 7322"
at an offset in lieu of the true location at the sideline corner of Lot 23 common to Lot 85
being the southerly terminus of course N 16°45'15" E, 102.75', and said offset bears
southeasterly at a right angle to said course 2.00' bearing S 73°14'45" E.
