Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto,
NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, David W. Ambler, hereby certify that La Costa Greens
Neighborhoods 1.11, 1.13 and 1.14, City of Carlsbad Tract 02-24, Map No. 14807, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2004-0490618 in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on May 27, 2004 is in error and is corrected
in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as
follows:

In accordance with Section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the
names of all the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date
of the filing of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these
corrections:
