Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land
Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, David W. Ambler. P.L.S.
hereby certify that Villas De La Costa. Carlsbad Tract no. 02-29. Map No. 14818 in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, as File no. 2004-0504916 recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on June 1. 2004 is in error and is corrected
in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 87770.5 of the Land
Surveyor's Act or any amendment thereto as follows:

* Set a lead and disc stamped "LS 7322" in the walk at the true location in lieu of a 2" X 24"
iron pipe at the true location and in addition to said lead and disc set a 2" X 24" iron pipe
with disc stamped "LS 7322" at an offset at the following locations:
• At the point of reverse curve of Lot 2 on the right-of-way of La Costa Avenue, being
the northwesterly terminus of curve delta 16°32'27", radius 848.00' and length
244.81', with said 2" iron pipe offset 6.00' bearing S 55°40'57" W(R).
• At the point of reverse curve of Lot 2 on the right-of-way of La Costa Avenue, being
the southeasterly terminus of curve delta 16°32'27", radius 848.00' and length
244.81', with said 2" iron pipe offset 3.00' bearing S 39°08'31" W(R).
• At the point of curve of Lot 2 on the right-of-way of Rancho Santa Fe Road, being
the northeasterly terminus of course N 38°47'43" E, 300.99', with said 2" iron pipe
offset 8.00' northwesterly at a right angle to said course N 51°12'17" W.

* Due to a wall face at the true location, set a 2" X 24" iron pipe with disc stamped "LS
7322" offset 1.00' in lieu of the true location at the point of curve on the right-of-way of
Rancho Santa Fe Road being southwesterly terminus of course N 38°47'43" E, 300.99'
offsets 51 °03'27"E(R).
In accordance with Section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the
names of all the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date
of the filing or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been
notified of these corrections.
