Notice is given that I Douglas R. Melchior hereby certify that Carlsbad Tract CT 02-15, Map Number 14960
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County 2-04-05, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the
Subdivision Map Act of Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act, or any amendment thereto.

Because Melchior Land Surveying, Inc., performed the final property Monumentation, all Monuments on
Lot 40 have been set per Legend and Monumentation Notes on Sheet 3 of 15, with Tags marked "LS 4611".
