CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's
Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, David W. Ambler, L.S., hereby certify that
La Costa Villas, Carlsbad Tract 03-01-02, Map No. 15108, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, filed as Instrument No. 2005-0806928 in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of San Diego on September 19, 2005, is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section
66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendment
thereto as follows:

SHEET 1 OF 8 SHEETS
The note in the second paragraph of column one is in error. It should state: "THIS SUBDIVISION IS A
CONDOMINIUM PROJECT AS DEFINED IN SECTION 1350 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA CONTAINING A MAXIMUM OF 60 COMMERCIAL DWELLING UNITS AND 37
NON-HABITABLE COMMERCIAL SERVICE UNITS AND IS FILED PURSUANT TO THE
SUBDIVISION MAP ACT."

Note 4 is in error. It should state:
"4. THIS MAP CONTAINS 60 COMMERCIAL DWELLING UNITS AND 37 NON-HABITABLE
COMMERCIAL SERVICE UNITS.

HABITABLE COMMERCIAL SERVICE UNITS
LOT 30 CONTAINS 8 COMMERCIAL DWELLING UNITS AND 10 NON-HABITABLE
COMMERCIAL SERVICE UNITS
LOT 31 CONTAINS 42 COMMERCIAL DWELLING UNITS AND 17 NON-
HABITABLE COMMERCIAL SERVICE UNITS"
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names
of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing
or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these
corrections.
