Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, Patrick A.
McMlchael, hereby certify that La Costa Ridge Neighborhoods 2.1 and 2.2, Tract No. 04-02, Map No. 15167 in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2005-0955442 in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of San Diego on November 2,2005. is in error and is corrected in the accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision
Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows:
Pursuant to Section 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act, the original sun/eyor has released his obligation to set the final
monuments except as noted below in the form of a letter to the City of Carlsbad, dated July 18, 2012.

A) The most easterly terminus of that line shown as N79'13'00"E 16.83* on the southerly line of Lot 26 Is monumented
with a lead & disc marked "LS 7322" in the top of a pilaster In lieu of a 5/8" rebar.
B) The northeasterly corners of Lots 19 through 28 are monumented with a lead & disc marked "LS 7322" in the top of a
pilaster in lieu of a 5/8" rebar.
C) Both termini of that course shown as N45'*07'00"W 74.37' on the southwesterly line of Lot 28 are monumented with
lead and discs set in pilaster in lieu of 2" iron pipes and discs marked "LS7322."
D) The angle points in the rear of Lots 21 and 23 through 28 are monumented with %" iron pipes and discs marked "LS
6187" in lieu of a 5/8" rebar with a plastic cap marked "LS 7322,"
E) The northeasterly corner of Lot 95 is monumented with a VA" iron pipe and disc marked "LS 6187" in lieu of a 5/8" rebar
marked "LS 7322."
F) The lot corners and points of curve on the northwesterly right-of-way line of Corintia Street are monumented with leads
and discs marked "LS 6187" at an offset of 9.75 feet in lieu of "LS 7322."
G) The centerline well monuments are stamped "LS 6187" in lieu of "LS 7322."

E) The centerline well monuments are stamped "LS 6187" in lieu of "LS 7322."

D) The lot corners and points of curve along the right-of-way line of Corintia Street and Corte Aliso are monumented with

F) The centerline well monument at the intersection of Corintia Street and Corte Aliso is at the actual intersection in lieu of
a 5 foot offset.
G) The centerline angle point in Corte Aliso is offset 5 feet southeasterly In lieu of the actual angle point.

certify that such owners have been notified of these corrections.
