CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's
Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, Sean C. Englert, hereby certify that Ocean
Mist Condominiums, Tract No. 04-18, Map No. 15393 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, filed as document no. 2006-0532616 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
San Diego on July 27, 2006 is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the
Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendment thereto as
follows:
Corrections:
Sheet 2.
Due to the construction of an 8" wide, 5' tall block wall with a 14" masonry cap, a %" iron pipe with
disc marked "LS 7959" could not be set at the most Easterly corner of Lot 1 of said map and at
the Northeasterly terminus of that course shown and depicted as " N 55°54'23"E, 80.00'" from the
most Easterly corner of said Lot 1. A nail, and disc marked "LS 7959" was set in epoxy on the top
of the wall in the same location, in lieu of said 3/4" iron pipes.
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names
of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing
or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these
corrections.
