NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, Douglas B. Stroup, hereby certify that City of Carlsbad Tract No. 05-14
La Costa Oaks North - Neighborhood 3.1, Map No. 15595, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San

the County of San Diego on August 22, 2007 is in error and is corrected in accordance with
